This is the modern process to separate cream obtained from milk instead of curd. The cream is then heated to form ghee. This type is faster to make and gives better milk to ghee ratio as compared to the Bilona variety.

This cream ghee is also used by a lot of them, but it is not nearly as tasty or healthy as cultured ghee.
