Return & Refund policy
We endeavor to provide the best quality products every single time you order with us.
We have a "no questions asked return and refund policy" which entitles all our customers to return the product at the time of delivery if they are not satisfied with the quality, freshness, or physical condition of the product. At the time of delivery, we will take the returned product back with us and if already paid the corresponding value would be refunded to you through the same mode of payment used at the time of purchase viz., credit card, debit card, net banking (Please note that Credit / Debit /Wallet payments attract up to a 2% payment gateway fee, which is nonrefundable).
If you wish to return the product, you must do so within 7 days after the delivery.
Products once sold and delivered to you, shall be eligible for return only if the product condition is found to be damaged, not satisfied with the quality, broken, faulty, or different from the ordered one.
Cancellation of your order
You need to cancel at least 12 hours before we dispatch to deliver your order. It may take around 7 to 10 working days to process/return your money with the same mode of payment (Please note that Credit / Debit /Wallet payments attract a 2% payment gateway fee, which is nonrefundable). So please double check before you place the orders and before payment.
We will update all the price fluctuations on the website itself from time to time.
We have store pickup and home delivery options available. Please make a note that delivery charge will be added to your total order value.
